An unusual piece and a departure from Martin’s usual work, this quirky sculpture reflects his sense of fun while losing none of the detail and craftsmanship typical of a Martin Duffy sculpture.

These throws are hand crafted by Patricia Lester using hand painted silk and viscose velvets created by Charles and Patricia. Each piece is picked especially for its uniqueness and individuality. Some of the fabrics have been silk screen printed as well using some of the many techniques developed by the Lester's making their artwork particularly unique and rare.

Reminiscent of stone circles and historic obelisks, this piece reflects Wendy’s fascination with stone and its place in the landscape. The unusual colouring echoes the soft tones which emerge within stone as it reacts to the weathering of  time, the curving mark through the clay an additional focal point to draw the observer into the piece.

One of a series of small animal sculptures, this piece demonstrates Martin’s skill in creating detailed, tactile pieces that invite the observer to touch as well as look.

Peacock in Purple is created by blowing a plate of glass in our hot glass studio. Once cooled, Margaret etches, engraves and sandblasts through the different layers of colour to create a relief of her Peacock design.

This piece showcases Wendy’s fascination with erosion and its impact on geological formations. Hand building techniques are combined with carving to exaggerate the natural forms, creating a piece that is at once contemporary and ancient, using the natural texture of clay to connect the living with the past.

The works are high fired and are suitable for any interior or exterior spaces.
